You will be introduced to:

  • Lock sequences that will open, cleanse and purify the flows through your body 

  • The importance of self awareness: documentation of the results you discover.

  • A guide on what the flows will potentially unveil

  • Contra indications, body talk and responsibility of your own healing sessions

  • Advice on crystal selections at the end of the week to continue your journey.

We will not be using crystals during this 1 week detox, only hands to “jumper cable” the locks and the sequence.

This cleanse and detox will affect you mentally, emotionally and physically, please be mindful as you approach the week to eat clean, rest and allow your body to speak with you.
